ATD Interiors:

 

  • Furniture is moved to center of room
  • Curtains and blinds are taken down
  • Slick/shiny surfaces are scuffed-sanded as needed
  • Holes and cracks in walls are filled
  • Gaps in trim are caulked (areas being painted only)
  • Washing is done where required
  • Repaired areas are primed
  • Premium paint is applied
  • Floors are swept and cleaned
  • Curtains and blinds are put back up
  • Furniture we moved is repositioned
  • The complete project is inspected by our foreman

 

 

 

ATD Exteriors:

 

Power Washing

Surfaces to be painted will be washed with a commercial grade power washer at a PSI of 2000-3000. A low-pressure wash for mildew will also be done when deemed necessary.

 

 

Scraping and Repairs

Loose and chipping paint will be wire brushed and hand scraped to a tight paint ready condition. All repairs that are included in your estimate will be done and any additional questionable wood found will be addressed with the homeowner.

 

 

Caulking

We caulk seams, joints, cracks, nail holes, and major wood joints with a high quality silicon based acrylic caulk. Windows and doors are carefully caulked to properly seal your home from weather and insects.

 

 

Priming

We always prime new wood, bare wood, rust, and significant stains. We also offer a full prime option for the longest lasting paint job you can get.

 

 

Basic Packages

Our basic package starts where others end; top quality 100% acrylic latex paints from Sherwin-Williams, Pittsburgh Paints, Kelly Moore, Benjamin Moore, ICI, or others.

 

Upgrade Options

Up to twice as thick, better adhesion, superior hiding, and greater elasticity. Thick film Build or High Film Build paints are an upgrade that can greatly extend the life of your paint job. We offer options including Sherwin-Williams' Duration, Pittsburgh Paints' (PPG) Timeless, and Behr's Ultra (Cusumer Digest Best Buy Award).
